About Us

The Key Printing and Binding was named after the Key System, commuter trains that covered the Bay Area.

      The Key was founded in 2005 by Ivar Diehl, Daniel Bermudez, and Danya Winterman. We were were trained by Anne Kahle of Capricornus School of Bookbinding and Art Restoration and Tim James of Taurus Bookbindery.
